Appointments:

Before booking your first appointment, we require your name, phone number, email address and credit card information. We will not charge you until your services are completed. Your credit card information is encrypted in our software and only used for late cancel and no show policies outlined below. If you prefer not to book an appoitnment, we are open to walk-ins based on the availability of our estheticians.

Studio Cancellation Policy:

- Please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment for any changes or cancellations.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled.

- No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled.

Late Appointments:

- If you're over 10 minutes late to your appointment there is a strong possibility that we will not be able to accommodate you. The full amount of services scheduled will still be charged.

Our estheticians set aside appointment times for you and only you. Late cancels and no-show appointments are near impossible to fill, so please be considerate of your esthetician's time when agreeing to an appointment time.

Brazilian, Playboy, Manzilian, Playgirl Date-Discount Protocol:

These bikini waxing appointments will receive a $10 discount for return visits ONLY if they are conducted on or before the same calendar-date as the previous appointment (ie: June 15th appointment means you must get waxed by July 15th). New client Playboy and Brazilian waxes will be full price for your first visit with us. Please ensure your return visit is completed ON or BEFORE the calendar-date of your last appointment so our system is able to recognize your discount. Bikini appointments that are rescheduled after no-shows or last-minute cancels will not receive our $10 date-discount.
